Mr. and Mrs.-Jo Desha Lucas and their two children, Robin and John Carter, were guests Tuesday of Mr. Lucas’ aunj, Mrs. W, F. Moffett, Sr. Thej'were enroute to their home in Chicago, Illinois after a visit to Mr. Lucas’ parents,
to her bed. The community wishes her a speedy recovery from her illness.
Sunday guests of Mr. and Mrs. E. B. Updike were Mr. and Mrs. Wesley Blackwell and little son, of Orlean and Mr. and Mrs. Marshall Wynham of Madison.
Mr. and Mrs. Jim Yates and son, Jimmy spent the week end in Washington, D. C. with Mrs. E. M. Yates, Sr. While there they attended the UCLA—MD. football game. ;J
Miss Ann Yates, who has been visiting in Washington, D. C., returned home with her parents.
Mrs. Jim Yates was a Monday luncheon guest of Mrs. G. W. Smith, Jr.
Mrs. Mable Peal. Mrs. Ida Dodson and Mrs. Edward* Dodson spent Wednesday with Mrs. Clarence Jenkins. Harry Deal has been sick with an abscess tooth.
