Charles H. Harrison, son of ' Junes and Mandy Harrison of Woodville, recently enrolled at a student at the Howard University College of Medicine in Washing*, ton, D. C. Mr. Harrison received his Bachelor of Science Degree from Hampton Institute in 1951 » with “Highest Honors."

He served, three years as an artillery officer in the U. S. Army. One year of this time was spent iin combat ,^-Korea where he was awarded the Bronze Star Medal. . He was* employed as, an organic research chemist at the National , Bureau of Standards prior to enter* ing medical school. Mr. Harrison . is a member of Alpha Phi Alpha fraternity, Alpha Kappa Mu (Honor Society, Beta Kappa Chi Honorary Scientific Society, and, the Nationaal Society of Scabbard and Blade.
