MINISTERAL ASSOC’N MEETS MONDAY |The Rappahannock Ministerial Association will hold its October meeting on Monday, October 3 at 10:00 a.m. in the Reynolds Memorial Baptist Church, Sperryville. The Chicken and Ham Dinner sponsored by ■ the Washington Methodist Church, last Friday night in the town hall, cleared around $225. The church would like to thank those who helped to make the dinner a success: rfiose who cooked the food, those who served it, the ones that bought dinners, and the dishwashers and cleanup ladies. A note of congratulations goes to those who planned the dinner and sold the tickets for the plates.
Morning prayer and sermon will be conducted at Trinity Episcopal Church, Washington this Sunday morning at 11 o’clock.
The Revival Services which have bden held nightly since September 18th at the Church of the Nazarene, 1% miles south of Etlan, will be extended through October 2nd under a new evangelist, Rev. G. A. Wright, pastor of the Nazarene Church of Sangerv ville, who will also lead the singing. Mrs. Wright will accompany the music on her accordian. .
Rev. C. S. Fender is pastor of the Church, and will assist at the services each night at 7:45 p.m. with two services^ on Sunday at 3 and 7:45 p.m. A‘cordial Svelcome Is extended to all to attend these services.
