All registrants who are now classified I-C (Discharged) of I-C (Reserve) who' have had at least one year of active duty sinet? 1940 will soon receive IV-A classification cards. This it because die* new regulations have abolished Classes I-C (Reserve) and (Discharged) and IV-A has become* the class for veterans. This reclassification does not effect your liability and there is no change in the status of registrants who have had at least one year of service. I-C becomes the classification for registrants who are on active duty.
