Mr. Biggs the first speaker, works with the State Unanployment Agency, giving aptitude tests in various high schools in tl e vicinity. Many of the seniors here at school .have just finished! taking this test. Mr. Biggs explained the uses of the test and how they had helpedmany students find the field of work they were most suijted for.

The ring itself has a centered stone with Rappahannock County High School circumscribed around it. It has the year of graduation on the side, with dogwood flowers for ornamentation.
