that all worker* should have a social security card, regardless of age. Whenever anyone engages in work that is covered by social security he should have a social security card to present to his employer. Today, almost all work is covered^ under the social security law. However, one exception is family employment. The social security law does not cover the work of a child under the age 21 for his parent, of a parent for a child, of a wife for her husband, or of a husband for his wife.
A representative of the social security office is in Washington every fourth Wednesday and may be contacted at the Court House for assistance in filing claims for social security benefits, or for general information on the social security program.
