Via, Jr. of Richmond, Va. will conduct the revival services at the Jeffersonton Methodist Church, beginning Sunday, May 13. Mr. Via is a graduate of Randolph-Macon College and the Candler School of Theology of Emory University. At present, he is pastor of the Branch Memorial Methodist Church in Richmond. A veteran of World War II, Mr. Via distinguished himself at Randolph-Macon, winning wide acclaim for his leadership ability, especially in the field of public speaking. Hr was elected to TKA, national public speaking fraternity, and DDK. national leadership fraternity. While completing his seminary work, Mr. Via served a Methodist charge in the North Georgia Conference, and contributed a religious column to a local newspaper; Many residents of the county will remember Mr. Via, whose father was former District Super-, -intendent of the Charlottesville Methodist District. Mr. Via will conclude his series of services on Friday May 18.
