Plans for the Point-To-Point j aces, to be held on Saturday on he Thornton Hill Farm are about < omplete, and weather permitting, < udging from the entries, the < •aces should afford good entertain- < nent. To date 39 horses have been ( ■ntered with “The Mt. Salem laving 6 entries, Mt. Marshall 5, Rappahannock Bowl 4 Ben Venue 1, Lee Way 4, Young Entry, 4; W. A. Laing 4, Col. Richards 3, »nd Mason Mountain 1. The Farmer’s Races have fail'd, so far, to attract entries. In the Heavy Weight Fanners, only one entry has been recorded and the Light Weight-Farmers is without an entry.

Four horses entered have not as vet been assigned to a race. ‘
