In the County Motor Vehicles Licensf Act resolution currently being advertised by the Rappahannock County Supervisors, there appears, to me, a direct contradiction in wordage which could oonceiveably affect the use of .funds raised from this proposed tax. Following article 13 it states
The purpose of such tax is to provide a sinking fund to be earmarked ‘BUILDING PROGRAM FOR SCHOOLS’” yet back in article 3 it says “The revenue derived from all County motor vehicles license under this law shall be applied to General COUNTY PURPOSES. Which Is it to be?
