John Burke, son of Mr. and Mrs. Orie Burke, a veteran of World War II has purchased Fran’s Kitchen from Mrs. John Eubank. The restaurant opened for business Monday after the interior had been remodeled.
He is specializing in home cooked meals and also serves short orders and sandwiches.. Before coming here Mr. Burke was employed by the Fairfax Food Shop in Fairfax. Take your family out to dinner. The restaurant will be opened from 6 a.m. until 9 p.m. on week days and from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. Sundays.
