Outlook

SLAUGHTER CATTLE

Slaughter cattle prices in the next few weeks are expected to show further weakening—mostly a seasonal move. The loss will not be great, however, unless some unforseen factor enters the picture. No noticable recovery is expected next spring and prices will likely ease lower as beef supplies show an increase.
