Meet, Plan Projects
The Spcrryvillc Senior 4-H club met Wednesday, October 7 at the home of Peachey and David Lyne with 8 members, Miss Barnett and Mr. Saunders present. Miss Louise Hensley who is going to be the adult leader for the girls of the club was also present.
David Lyne, the vice-president acted in the absence of the president, Judy Lillard.
Ann Jenkins, Devotions leader read a scripture and led the group in TTie Lord’s Prayer. ’ The minutes were read by secretary Betty Kay Kilby and were approved and old and new business was discussed. ; David Lyne presented the pro-, gram which included 3 discussion of the meaning of the 4-H Creed The meeting adjourned with the 4-H Pledge and Motto and members divided for dub work. As their project the girls are taking Make and Remake. Some of the individual projects are Meal Preparation, Housekeeping and Electric project. The boys have as their dub project Career Exploration and some of the individ^gl projects are Baby Beef and Sheep. After the meeting, refreshments were served.
