Retains Seat By
Narrow Margin
J. W. Critzer, the incumbent for sheriff of Rappahannock in the election Tuesday retained hfe seat by a very small margin over his opponent Frank B. Huff. The only other opposition in the county was in Wakefield District where it was a walk away for Herbert Foster, over Capt J. P. Cook who was a write-in candidate.
Others on the ticket were George S. Aldhizer, II, State Senator; Tom Frost, House of Delegates; county offices: James M. Settle, Clerk; George H. Davis, Jr., Commonwealth Attorney; Robert Brown, Treasurer; Mrs. Roberta M. Spalding, Commissioner of Revenue; and L. H. Luttrell, E. M. Jone^ Eddie Estes, H. B. Wood, and A. H. Buckner for the Board of Supervisors, all without opposition.
