Plans have been completed for three bus loads pf Culpeper, Madison and Rappahannock fanners to go to the Pennsylvania Farm Show on January 13th and 14h.
The group will leave Culpeper at 5 :00 or 5:30 a'.m. on the 13th; go to the New Holland machine assembly line, visit one or two farms in the Lancaster area, spend the night at the Holiday Motor IHotel, and see the evening program at the Farm Show. The group will visit the Farm Show the next day until about 3 or 4 p.m. and then return home.
The total cost should be around $20 per person for the two days. A $10 deposit for each reservation is necessary to cover obligations on bus fare and a portion of the lodging. The Culpeper machinery dealers are cosponsoring die tour and donating $4 to $5 per person. Those interested in making the tour should contact their county agent’s office as reservations are being made on the basis of firstcome-first-served.
