And an affidavit having been made and filed that the defendants, Richard Petty, Everett R. Petty, Lillian Petty Edwards, Mrs. Julia Weinberg, Gladys Petty Wagner, Esmond Petty and Clara Woodard, are not residents of the State of Virginia; that there are or may be heirs, devisees or successors in title of John R. Woodard, Julian Woodard, Nettie Petty, James Woodard and J a m e s Albert Woodard, whose names and addresses are unknown, who may be interested in the subject matter of this suit, and that there may be others whose names are unknown who may be interested in the subject matter of this suit, it is ordered hat they do appear within ten days afer due publication hereof, and do what may be necessary to protect their interest in this suit. And it is further ordered that a copy hereof be published once a week for four successive weeks in the Rappahannock News a newspaper published in the County of Rappahannock, that a copy be posted at the front door of the Courthouse of this County on or before the 15th day of December, 1959, and that the Clerk mail a copy hereof to each of said defendants to the post-office address given in the affidavit herein, and file a certificate of the fact in the papers of this case.
