Christmas Round Dance . A Christmas Round Dance will be* held Friday evening December 18 at Sperryville School auditorium from 9 til 1, sponsored by the Sperryville Fire Company with admission $1.50 per person. The Dyna’tone Orchestra will furnish the music. Proceeds will be used toward the purchase of helmets and smoke masks for firemen.
The Sperryville Fire Company gratefully acknowledges private donations from James Ashby and Raymond Dodson.

Edward M. Mathews, veterans’ claims agent, will be on leave from his office due to hospitalization until January 4, 1960. He will resume regular trips to Washington on Monday, January 4th and can be contacted at the County Clerk’s office from 2:00 to 4 KX) p.m. on first and third Monday.
