At monthly intervals all participating farmers send their records of income and expenses to their county agent who mails the full lot of records to Blacksburg. ALL SUCH RECORDS ARE STRICTLY CONFIDENTIAL. Each farm is given an IBM number. As records are received the info is put into the machines. Quarterly summaries are made of each farmers business so he can tell just where he stands throughout the year.
