SLAUGHTER CATTLE Right now it looks like a good idea to sell slaughter cattle on feed as soon as they reach a well-fidished Good Grade. The price spread between Good and Choice grade slaughter cattle • in Virginia is especially narrow right now, and Virginia prices are high in relation to Chicago, where runs of cattle have pushed prices down.
