HUGH CARTER IS SENTENCED TO 2 YEARS
Hugh Carter, who was charged with felonious shooting at BelAir in Amissville, was tried in the Circuit Court of Rappahannock County last week. He was given a sentence of 2 years in the State Penitentiary, which was suspended anu he was put on probation for good behaviour for a period of three years.
