who does not comply with the wheat acreage allotment established for his farm is subject to a penalty on his farm marketing excess, unless he harvests 15 acres or less or has signed an agreement permitting him to produce up to 30 acres of wheat for feed use on the farm.
Wheat produced on a farm on which the wheat acreage is in excess of the allotment is not eligible for price support.
The national average minimum support price for 1960-crop wheat is $1.77 per bushel, which was 75 per cent of parity as of July 1, 1960, if this is higher.
