Farmville, Va., June 3—Miss Rebecca Gates Jones, of Washington. received the degree of Bachelor of Science in Home Economics conferred bv Longwood College on May 29.
Miss Jones is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Edward M. Jones. While at Longwood she served as treasurer and president of the Longwood Players, vice president of the Canterbury Club, and was active in the Home Economics Club, Cotillion Club and Alpha Psi Omega, national honorary dramatic society. — " ‘
