Minor children who are receiving death pension from the Veterans Administration will fare better under the ; new pension law which becomes effective on July 1, the VA said, i
The agency said the custodians and legal guardians of such minors will be well advised to elect for their wards to come under terms of the new pension law, inasmuch as there is no instance in which it would be disadvantageous to the child for such election to be made in his behajlf.
The neW law, VA said, raises the income! limit for children from $1,400 to $1,800 per year.
Earned income of the child is mot included in this limit under the new laW, as it is under the old law.
