Bible School At
Woodville
Vacation Bible School was held at Woodville Baptist Church June 27 through July 1, with Mrs. Jimmie Falls as leader. Enrollment was 55 with average attendance of 49.
Beginners instructors were Miss Charlotte Corbin, Mrs. Mary Deal, Mrs. F. C. Hitt, Miss Carol Almarode and Mrs. C. B. Johnson.
Instructing the primary group were Mrs. Garfield Burke, and Mrs. Harry Deal. Mrs. Raymond Johnson was the teacher of the junior children.
Mrs. Jimmie Falls was instructor of the intermediates. Pianist was Miss Doris Ann Dodson.
Refreshments were served daily by Mrs. Charlie Settle, Miss Nellie Johnson and Miss Mattie Rector. Raymond Johnson instructed tor. Boys handcraft instructors were Raymond Johnson, H. B. Wood and C. B. Johnson. J. M. O’Bannon was the bus driver. The commencement exercises were held at the church July 3 at 10 a.m.
