Answering roll call at the regular July meeting of the County Board of Supervisors yesterday at the courthouse in Washington were Supervisors Herbert Foster, L. H. Luttrell, A. H. Buckner, E. M. lEstes and Chairman E. M. Jones. Miss Ruth Stevens, deputy Clerk, read the^minutes of the last meeting, which were approved.

M. H. Brady of the Highway Department and Resident Engineer, J. T. Warren presented the road budget to be studied before another meeting. ,

Mrs. Mary Quaintance and Mrs Frances Thornton made inquiries about the possibility of using the small building in the courthouse yard (known as the Moffett Building) for a dental office. Dr. Howard Berger, a dental surgeon, w’ho will make his home in the county in the near future, plans to practice here two days each week.
