Garden Club Holds Flower
Arrangement Clinic
The Rappahannock Garden Club held its regular monthly meeting at the home of Mrs. E. M. Jones in Washington, on Wednesday, September 21st. After the business meeting, Mrs. White and Mrs. Hudson of thte Luray Garden Club conducted a clinic on flower arrangements, including accessories. Mrs. White emphasized the importance of color in the relation of flowers to the container and to each other. Members made a variety of arrangements, which were studied and discussed by Mrs. Hudson. No awards were given.
NOTICE
Rev. Harold Carder has announced that there will be Sunday School each Sunday morning at 10 o’clock, followed by worship service, at the Chester Gap Baptist Mission. The public is cordially invited to attend these services.
