Behind closed doors, the Juniors meet. The subject of their discussions.._..The Junior-Senior Prom! I -understand that the prom theme has been chosen but it is to remain a deep, dark secret.
Meanwhile, the Seniors are working away on the Annual. The current work room, the lab, is topsy turvy with pencils, papers, pens, and people. Typewriter keys click, cameras flash, and the old adage holds, “The Show Must Go On.” In spite of the difficulties they’ve faced, such as a late start, and loss of time from school because of the snow, they are doing very well.
Students were amazed to see “time fly” Monday as the hands of the docks jumped and jerked around the face. The power failure Sunday had messed up the syetem somewhat, but it was straightened out.
The student body assembled in the auditorium Wednesday to congratulate bur basketball teams, thank cheerleaders and spectators, and to congratulate Rena Pullen and Lvle Updike (pie baking and judging team state winners). Just a nice fellowship meeting. For a small school, guess we haven’t done too badly.
Miss Mildred Many returned to her home in Washington, D. C. Tuesday after spending several days with her parents, Mr. and Mrs. R. E. Many at Ivy Hill.
