Mrs. Mildred Riley of Flint Hill was presented the keys to a 1961 Renault Monday in Harrisonburg, Va., after winning a contest sponsored by Harrisonburg Fruit Company. The presentation was televised over Station WSVA TV there.
Also winning a prize in the contest was Lewis Clark of Flint Hill who was awarded a Polaroid camera.
Bradford's store in Flint Hill, was given a 21 inch television set, since they were the grocer from whom Mrs. Riley and Mr. Clark purchased Stokeys and Gortons Frozen Foods. Mrs. M. R_ Bradford, Jr. accepted die gift for the store. Mr. Zane D. Showaker, owner of Harrisonburg Fruit Company made the presentations.
After the program was over, the participants toured the food plant.
