Continued from page one today. One big problem which they studied in the county this year was Understanding the Fabric Labeling Law and the Care of the New Fabrics on the market today.
The programs are selected by the members of the clubs so local needs are met. Along with the monthly program, the clubs also plan special interest meetings. Special interest groups which have met this year were the Tailoring Group and Weight Control Group. Some homemakers who cannot attend the monthly meetings have found it possible to join these groups.
There are four active Home Demonstration Clubs in the county at the present time. These dubs are Sperryville, Woodville, Castleton and Flint Hill. Any area where there is interest in a dub, may have one. Anyone interested in information on homemaking is urged to contact the Home Demonstration Agent, Miss Anna Ruth Barnette in Washington or call the office, phone 2231.
