I Mrs. Lewis 1 urner was a week end guest of Miss Carolyn Gates Turner at Lynchburg College and attended the May Day there. ( Dr. and Mrs. Howard Berger of Arlington spent the weekend at Clainnont, their home here.

Sunday dinner guests of Mr. and Mrs. Guy Burke were Mr. and Mrs. Judd Burke of Flint Hill.

Bobby ^Hawkins of Arlington was a weekend guest of his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Edgar Hawkins.

I Tuesday. Mrs. T. C. Lea and Miss Annie Miller Almond were in Winchester.

Mr. and Mrs. George H. Davis Jr. and daughters, Dorothy Taylor and Oil, were dinner guests Sunday of Mr. and Mrs. B. R. Cox at Skyline Restaurant, operated by Mrs. Erma Jenkins.

Mrs. Elizabeth H. DeBergh, a patient in Warren Memorial Hospital, is improving. She is now interested in reading and writing Cards to her friends and relatives.

Stevie Critzer spent Thursday and Friday in Luray with his. grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Robert Keyset.
