Appreciation Day
For RCHS Teachers
Today the student body of Rappahannock County High School, supported by the SCA, will express its gratitude to the teaching staff in numerous ways.
Students will come to school attired in a more formal fashion than usual. The teachers will be presented corsages or boutonnaires and flowers will be placed ire their class rooms and in the lounge. A tea has been planned for the afternoon.
Hikers Out Again
Raymond Johnson leader of the Hiking Club, has made plans for a hike Sunday, June 4th. Everyone wishing to join the group for an exhilirating trek on the mountain may meet at the Sperryville School yard at 1:30 p.m. EST. Dress according to the weather with appropriate shoes and bring a sandwich if you like. Destination will be decided upon when all arrive at Sperryville.
