Pursuant to the provisions of a certain deed of trust executed by Mabel A. Waller, widow, to Walter H. Robertson, Trustee, dated October 2,1953, and recorded October 13, 1953, in the Clerk’s Office of the Circuit Court of Rappahannock County, Virginia, in Deed Book 60, page 214 et seq., to secure the payment of a debt therein described, default having been made in the payment of said debt and at the request of the legal holders thereof (the debt and obligations secured by said deed of trust having been declared by the holders to be due and payable), the undersigned, James W. Fletcher, (who was substituted in the place and stead of Walter H. Robertson, deceased trustee, by order of the Circuit Court of Rappahannock County, Virginia, entered on May 8, 1961, and recorded in Chancery Order Book No. 11, page 27, and Deed Book 74, pages 233 and 234,) having been requested to act by the holders of said obligations, will offer for sale at public auction, to the highest bidder or bidders, at the front door of the Court House of the Circuit Court of Rappahannock County.
