(1) All that certain lot or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon, lying and being situate in or near the Village of Amissville, Rappahannock County, Virginia, adjoining the lands of Latham, Cropp and others, and known as the Colbert Lot, and containing 7J/2 acres, be the same more or less:

(2) All of that certein lot, with the buildings and improvements thereon, lying and being situate at Amissville, Rappahannock County, Virginia, adjoining the first mentioned above property, and being on the South side of State Highway leading from Warrenton to Washington. Virginia, and being known as the Cropp Property, and described as containing 1 acre, which amount has now been reduced by a small tract of land conveyed by R. E. LuttreH, to the Commonwealth of Virginia, for Road purposes, by deed dated the 17th day of April, 1929, and recorded in the Clerk’s Office of the Circuit Court of Rappahannock County, Virginia, in Deed Book 85, at page 102, and supposed to contain .77 of an acre, of which *33 of an acre was land previously owned by the Commonwealth of Virginia, leaving the acreage hereby conveyed undetermined but supposed to be about Vi of an acre.”
