The Daughters of the Star Federation of Future Homemakers of America met at 4 p.m. Wednesday, May 17 at Rappahannock County High School. Other schools in the Federation are James Wood, Loudoun. Clark and Warren County.
The theme of the meeting was “Food For Family Fitness.” Mrs. Geneva McClung home economist with Northern Virginia Electric Co. was the main speaker. Her topic was “Nutritious Breakfasts and Snacks.” To complement her talk, she demonstrated the preparation of several dishes.
