Elected Councilman
At Manassas Park
Lacy Fincham | was elected to the Town Council of Manassas Park, Va. in the ejection Tuesday. In this hotly contested election with a field of tefi candidates for the four seats, Mr. Fincham received 250 votes put of a possible 361. In making his bid for the election, Mr. Firjcham was supported by a solid jblock of former Rappahannock residents now living in Manassas Park.
Other councilmen elected are J. B. Byrd, Lyle lioddin and Vail Clemence.
Mr. Fincham was born and educated in Rappahannock County, a son of Mr. andjMrs. Robert L. Fincham who no\y live in Culpeper. iH'e married the former Miss Carolyn Jenkins pf Woodville.
The Finchams moved to Manassas Park about five years ago.
