Lamb Show Continued from page one Northern Virginia Sheep Breeders Association were Singles Class, 1st $5.00, 2nd $3.00, all other lambs grading prime in class $1.00 each; Pen-of-three 1st $5.00; 2nd $3.00.
The sale held Monday evening saw the grand champion single, a Hampshire weighing 99 pounds bring 32c while the Southdown Cross Reserve Champion Single brought 31c. The Champion penof-three, also Southdowns brought 22c. Buyers nor the price of the Reserves were not reported.
Other BlueO lambs sold for $19.20 and the Red O’s for $18.50.
This was the final 4-H lamb show and sale of the season in Northern Virginia.
