Wednesday at 8:30 a.m. Outstanding FHA Chapters in the State will be recognized for their work on local, State and National FHA projects during 1960-61. The State Homemaker Degrees will be awarded at Wednesday afternoon’s session to the FHA members whose personal accomplishments and progress in contributing to home and family living in their homes, their schools, and their communities and who have been nominated for this award by local chapters.
Donkey Baseball
A Donkey Baseball Game under the sponsorship of the Woodville Brotherhood, will be held on June 19 at 8:00 p.m. at Miller’s tield in Woodville.
Everyone is invited to come and share the thrills and spills.
Church Picnic
Washington and Flint Hill Baptist Churches will hold a joint picnic immediately following the morning service at the Flint Hill Church grounds. Everyone will bring a covered dish or whatever they choose and all will eat together.
