Jones and son, Ned Moffett, left Monday to attend the National Apple Institute Meeting at Brown Lake, Wisconsin. Mr. Jones is* National President and will preside at the Institute meeting. Tltey are expected to return on Saturday.

Mrs. J. Frank Jones is spending several weeks with her daughter, Mrs. Lewis Turner at her home on Mt. Salem Avenue.

Mr. and Mrs. John Cargill of Fairfax were weekend visitors of Mrs. T. C. Lea.

Mis. Reid Biedler of Opal spent Wednesday at the home of her mother, Mrs. H. J. Racer on Blue Ridge Avenue.

Mr. and Mrs. Wade H. Massie III spent the day Sunday at Colonial Beach. They were Sunday night guests of Mr. and Mrs. Olivier Durant, II at “The Hill” near Boston.
