At tne regular meeting yesterday of the Board of Supervisors of Rappahannock County, complaints were registered by Ladies organizations perttaijning to the unrestricted sub-division development and dumping if refuse.
Spokesman for thje Rappahannock Garden Club was Mrs. C. E. Johnson, Jr. of fSperryvrlle and acting for the iHomemakers Clubs was Mrs. E. A. Harris of Huntly.
Upon suggestion pf the Commonwealths Attorney, the Board agreed to consider at! the next regular meeting, an ordinance rwjuiring that all plans for sub-divisions be submitted to the Board of Supervisors for approval,.
Chairman E. M. Jones suggested that civic organizations in the county sumbit a list of suitable locations for public dumps to the Board at the November meeting. If an agreement could be reached with the landowners involved, the Supervisors will consider the adoption of an appropriate resolution.

Thirty-five membefs of the Chi Sigma youth group attended the meeting Sunday night at Flint Hill and enjoyed art informative discussion on missions and work that Miss Mary Nonnan Davis is doing in Japan as i missiopary teacher. On Friday at 3:'5 pan. CM Sigma members will hike up to Mary’s Rock on Skyli ae Drive and upon returning will have a weiner roast at the foot of tie mountain. At the next meeting, Sunday, October 8 in Washington'Baptist Churph, Kaye Johnston, Anne Jenkins and Sam Snead will lead a discussion on "So What’s Wrong With Cheating.”
