Sperryville III elected Richard Taylor to serve as president. Sue Eusley was elected v-president; Pat Foster, secretary; Gregory Dodson, devotianal leader; Brenda Welch, song leader and Ann Cannon, reporter. Projects selected by these 12 girls and 13 boys were Meal Preparation and Forestry.

Saturday, October 7th is the last day to register to be eligible to vote in the General Election in November. Registration books must be closed thirty days prior to an election. The registrar of each Magisterial District will Jbe at his or her assign post all day October 7th.
