George Williams, Extension Horticulturist, will be in the county Monday, January 8th, if weather is suitable for out-door work.
A full itinerary is planned, however, anyone interested in pruning non-bearing apple tree^ including those heavily blighted, be at Wade H. Massie Ill’s 5-6 year old planting ait 9:00 A. M.
At 10 KX) A. M. we will be at Raymond Johnson’s on peach pruning work. The rest of the day will be spent in planning an Experimei.tail apple planting and formulating plans for various horticulture winter projects suggested by our Extension Horticulture Committee.
Should it be raining or snowing on the 8th Mr. Williams has been asked to postpone his visit until Wednesday, Jan. 10th.
