Pursuant to the provisions of a deed of trust from John W. Kindall and Mary V. Kindall, dated the 31st day of October, 1955, and recorded in the Clerk’s Office of the Circuit Court of Rappahannock County, Virginia, in. Deed Book 64, Page 239, conveying the hereinafter described land to J. W. Price, Jr., Trustee, to secure the payment of a debt therein described, default having been made in th payment of said debt at maturity, and at the request of the legal holder thereof, the debt and obligation secured by the said deed of trust having been declared by the Holder to be due and payable, the undersigned, Jaimes W. FleLcher having been substituted in the place and stead of J. W. Price, Jr., pursuant to the resignation of said j J. W. Price, Jr., dated November 20, 1961, and ap! pointed in his stead by the holder of the note and benI eficiary thereunder as authorized by the aforem ntioned deed of trust and the provisions of Title 26, Section 49 of the 1960 Code of Virginia, said resignation and substitution being duly recorded on December 21, 1961, in the Clerk’s Office of the Circuit Court of^Rappahannock County, Virginia, in Deed Book 75, Page., Document #6996, the undersigned, James W.
