Why Are the Voters being Ignored?
Yes, Mr. Marsh has cancelled another program which was do* signed as a public service by WSVA Television, Channel 3, in this Congressional election. Similar to his action on numerous other programs, Mr. Marsh refused to appear jointly with J. Kenneth Robinson on October 22 on Channel 3, Harrisonburg, at which time the candidates were to be questioned on the major issues of the day by a panel of news experts. y
Since Mr. Marsh advised he would not appear on that date, WSYA offered him a half-hour T-V program on October 19, at which time he would face the news panel alone. This date was accepted. However, the television station was later contacted and asked if Mr. Marsh could have in advance the questions that were to be »«itnl. WSVA answered that the program was -not so designed. Since this request was denied, WSVA has been advised that Mr. Marsh would cancel the engagement
