Mr. and Mrs. Lawrence Oden ! of Sharpsburg, Md., attended the Atkins sale Saturday and visited her sister, Mrs. David Anderson in the afternoon.
Mr. and Mrs. Henry Peyton, Jr., of Arlington were guests of her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Lester Dodson, during the weekend.
Mrs. Catherine Brown had as her guests for the weekend her son-in-law and daughters, Mr. and Mrs. Edward Payne and Miss Shirley Brown of Arlington.
Mr. and Mrs. John Eubank, Jr., were in Harrisonburg for the day on Sunday.
Mr. and Mrs. Edgar Sawyer and their grandson, Richard Right, of Catonsville, Md., spent Sunday with Mr. and Mrs. David Chapman.
Mr. and Mrs. David V. Chapman, Jr., came Friday night from Richmond and accompanied by their parents on Saturday attended the funeral of Walter H. Sealock in Falls Church. Mr. and Mrs. Chapman who were overnight guests on Friday and Saturday nights in the Chapman home and dinner guests Sunday of Mrs. W. E. Jones in Front Royal returned to Richmond on Sunday night.
George W. Brown spent the weekend in Falls Church and attended the funeral of Walter H. Sealock who died after a severe heart attack at Arlington Hospital on October 24; being a son of a former resident of Sperryville, Mr. and Mrs. W. W. Sealock, in his early years visited his relatives here frequently.
Elder and Mrs. J. Harvey Daily accompanied Elder and Mrs. Ollie Redmond of Front Royal to Richmond for the weekend when Elder Redmond filled his regular appointment at the Primitive Baptist Church. They were overnight guests of Mrs. J. P. Crockman and Sunday dinner guests of Mrs. G. R. Reams.
