“Evangelistic revival services will begin at Chester Gap Baptist Mission, Chester Gap, Va. Sunday, July 28 at 7;30 p.m. and continue nightly through Friday, August 2, at the same hour. Rev. Clyde C. Nuckols of Riverton, Virginia will be the visiting evangelist. Rev. Nuckols is pastor of the Riverton Methodist Church and is well known to the people of this area for his ability and dedication as a forceful speaker and consecrated servant of Christ. He is originally from Richmond, having received his education for the ministry at the University of Richmond, Union Theological Seminary in Virginia and Emory University. Chester Gap Baptist Mission feels itself quite 'fortunate to have Rev. Nuckols lead in this series of meetings. The pastor. Rev. Harold F. Carder, extends on behalf of the Chester Gap Baptist Mission Family a cordial invitation to the people of the community and surrounding areas to share in this week of evangelism at the Mission. Special music by the choir and a congregational song service will be a part of each meeting. You are urged to be present."
