Highway No. 211 3 miles past Amissville, Virginia, of said highway 211 and 640; turn left on No. 640 for about 1 mile to Settle land.
Sale of the above parcels shall be subject to the approval and confirmation of the Court.
TERMS OF SALE: Cash. Ten per cent (10%) of the total purchase price shall be paid to said Court on the day of sale, and the balance thereof shall be deposited to the credit of the Court in The Citizens National Bank of Front Royal, Flint Hill on or before 10 days after the date of said sale.
