Rey. and Mrs. A. Paul Thompson and daughter Ann Rodes of Fork Union were over night guests Friday of Mr. and Mrs. J. Rodes Brown at Rock Villa. Sunday guests of the Browns were their son and daughter-in-law, Mr. and Mrs. Jack Brown and sons of Hamilton. Mr. Brown left Sunday afternoon with W. H. Lyne for Blacksburg where they are attending a short course for the next two weeks. Mrs. Brown and family returned to Hamilton in the afternoon.
Mrs. James Stewart of Baltimore, Md., was a guest last week of her parents, Mr. and Mrs. S. E. Hening.
Mr. and Mrs. Harry Martin and family of Bakerton, W.Va., were guests Sunday of Mrs. David Anderson. Bill Anderson, who has been a guest of the Martins for several weeks, returned with them.
