The marriage of Miss Sarah Ellen Latham, daughter of Mrs. Sarah Latham and the late A. C. Latham, Jr. of Amissville, to Thomas Wilson Fincham, of Washington, Va., took place September 3, 1963 in Marion, N. C. The ceremony was performed by the Rev. J. Lester Lane in the First Baptist Church at five-thirty in the afternoon. Mr. Fincham is a son of Mrs. Albert Fletcher and the late Rannie C. Fincham. Both were 1963 graduates of Rappahannock High School. They are making their home in Arlington. Mr. Fincham is employed at the Bureau of Standards in Washington, D. C.
