Lt. Colonel Leta M. Franlfc a Program Officer In the Directorate , of Installations and Services, U. S. Army Material Command ( AMC V, Gravelly Point, Washington, !'D. C., received her s liter leaves recently from Colonel A. J. D’Arezzo, Director of Installations and Services,during a promotion ceremony in his office. Miss Frank is a native of Luray, the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. W. E. Frank. She is a niece of the late James M. Settle and granddaughter of Judge and Mrs. George W. Settle. Colonel Frank received a letter of commendation for her outstanding work on an AMC project. She was graduated from Luray High School, in 1933 and later attended San Antonio College in Texas; George Washington University, Washington, D.C. and the University of Maryland.
