i Coming up next week are two home demonstration clubs. The Castleton Club will meet on Tuesday, December 10, at 1:30 p.m. with Mrs. Ray Cannon.
The Woodville Club will meet at the home of Mrs. C. B. Johnson on Thursday December 12th. Mrs. Gayle Titchenell will be in charge of the program on Candle Making. I hope everyone will make a special effort to come this month. Before the next News comes out, the Flint Hill Home Demonstration Club will meet also. They will meet with Mrs.Paul Miller on Tuesday, December 17th. Their program will be a Christmas idea exchange of recipes, decorating ideas, gift ideas or family tradition ideas. Each member should bring something to share with the others.
Week of Prayer Will Be Observed
The W. M. S. of the Washington Baptist Church will observe the “Week of Prayer* for Foreign Missions December 9-l3th at 2 p. m. in the Educational Building. Those taking part in the week's program will be Mrs. Bertie Lib Moffett, Mrs. W. C. Campbell, Mrs. J. Stant Weaver, Miss Anna May Stambaugh and Mrs. G. L. Updike, using for their theme “Crown Him Lord Of All*. All ladies of the Church are cordially invited to attend.
