Edward Spencer of Culpeper was a Monday overnight guest of Edward Dorsey. Mr. and Mrs. Robert E. McLaughlin and sons Stephen and Bobby of Washington. D. C. spent the holiday weekend at their farm “Mounterraln*. Thanksgiving Day guests of Mr. and Mrs. George W. Titler were their son-in-law and daughter Mr. and Mrs. Sel Sctipelder and their granddaughter Winnie Perkins, Joe and Jimmy Knleff, all of Silver Spring, Md. The Schneiders returned home Thursday evening, the others remained for the weekend. Sunday guests were Mrs. C. K. Wood and Robert Scott of Alexandria. Mrs. Goldie . Kennedy . and daughter Betty* - son Charles and Mr. and Mrs. Jimmy Minnie of Culpeper were in Arlington on Sunday.
Men and Boys
Corporate Communion Approximately twenty - two persons were present for the .annual Men and Boys Corporate Communion Service at Emmanual Episcopal Church, Sperryville, Sunday, December 1 at 8:00 a.m. The Rev. Gardner Van Scoyoc of Richmond was the celebrant. Following the service breakfast was served at the Lee Highway Hotel.

Club Meets
The Sperryville I 4-H Club met on Monday, November 18th at the Sperryville School. The president, Hope Bailey called the meeting to order. Barbara Durden, secretary, called the roll to keep a record of attendance. We talked about activities for the coming months. Bonnie Dodson, the song leader lead us in some songs. After this we adjourned for project work. The girls are taking Food and Nutrition and the boys are taking Forestry.
